2. General
We process personal data only as far as this is necessary to provide this website or to handle your enquiries. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — contract and pre-contractual measures — and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests.
3. Hosting and server log files
When you open this website, the web server of our hosting provider processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested and details of your browser and operating system. This data is stored in server log files. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are kept only as long as necessary for that purpose.
4. Contact form, e-mail and telephone
If you write to us using the contact form, we process the data you enter: name, telephone number (optional), e-mail address, your message and, where applicable, the product you are enquiring about. The details are sent by e-mail to office@befoam.bg and are not stored permanently on the website. The same applies if you contact us directly by e-mail or by telephone.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Live chat (Tidio)
A live chat provided by Tidio LLC, San Francisco, USA, is integrated into this website. When the page loads, a connection to Tidio’s servers is established. If you use the chat, your chat messages and the data you provide are processed via Tidio. Tidio is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
The processing serves fast communication with prospective customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Google Analytics, Google tag and Google Ads conversion tracking
Through the WordPress plugin Google Site Kit, this website uses the Google tag with Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Information about your use of the website — for example the pages you open and the submission of the contact form — is transmitted to Google; cookies and similar technologies are used for this. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
The processing serves to analyse the use of this website and to measure the performance of our advertising.
7. Google Maps
Maps from Google Maps are embedded on this website, in the footer and on the contact page. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When a map loads, a connection to Google’s servers is established and your IP address, among other data, is transmitted; a transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in making our location easy to find (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
8. Google Fonts
This website loads the „Roboto“ typeface from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com). Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
9. WordPress emojis
To display emojis, your browser may load graphics from the server s.w.org (WordPress.org); your IP address is transmitted to that server. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the correct display of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

11. Storage period
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention obligations apply. The data is deleted thereafter.
