We work from a sample of your product. We take precise dimensions and contours, then design packaging that fits perfectly and guarantees reliable protection during transport. Every stage – from sample to final design – is tailored entirely to your specific requirements.
No. Tooling is a one-time investment and is reused for all future orders of the same model. This makes repeat orders significantly more cost-effective, as long as the packaging design remains unchanged.
It depends on the material. For materials we keep in stock (EPE foam, corrugated cardboard, EVA), we can produce smaller batches. For special materials, the minimum is determined by the minimum production batch of that material. Contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.
We aim for flexible, economical solutions. For smaller batches we combine transport with deliveries to other clients in the same area to achieve the lowest possible price. You get quality packaging without unnecessary logistics costs.
