EPE (expanded polyethylene) foam is a lightweight, flexible material with excellent shock absorption. Befoam makes custom inserts and packaging from it, in the shape, size, density and colour your product needs. The material is moisture-resistant and fully recyclable.
We produce serial orders with cutting dies and cut small runs and samples with a CNC knife. On request we also work with cross-linked polyethylene foam (XPE). Foam inserts are also available for our collapsible crates.

Do I pay for the cutting die with every order?
No. The cutting die is a one-time investment and is reused for all future orders of the same model, as long as the insert does not change.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the material. We keep EPE foam in stock, so we can also produce smaller batches. Contact us for a quote.
Can I send a sample or a drawing?
Yes. We work from a sample of your product, a drawing or a CAD file, and we make a sample insert before serial production.
Do you deliver abroad?
Within Bulgaria we deliver with our own transport. For deliveries abroad we offer shipping via a freight company.
