EVA foam is a dense, durable material for premium packaging and inserts. PU (polyurethane) foam is lightweight, elastic and flexible and is most often used for very fragile or irregular shapes. Placed in boxes, EVA inserts give your products both protection and an attractive presentation.
Befoam produces EVA and PU foam inserts with precision-cut shapes to your specifications, from single units to serial production. We produce serial orders with cutting dies and cut small runs and samples with a CNC knife. On request we also work with EPDM and cross-linked polyethylene foam (XPE).

No. The cutting die is a one-time investment and is reused for all future orders of the same model, as long as the insert does not change.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the material. We keep EVA foam in stock, so we can also produce smaller batches. Contact us for a quote.
Do you deliver abroad?
Within Bulgaria we deliver with our own transport. For deliveries abroad we offer shipping via a freight company.
